I am just getting started in making candy for weddings. I have a friend that is getting married and I want to make her some of the cream cheese mints. She is planning on 175-200 people. My question is " How many do you make per person?" I am hoping that I can get orders for more by starting with friends. Thanks.

I have follwed this rule of thumb.....

Allow 3 pounds of mints per 100 people.

Thanks for your response. Just so I know what do you get for this type of mint?
