Is it ok to use a cake mix with the expiry date passed and if so how long after the passed date is it still good to use? I don't think there is anything in a cake mix to make it go bad? Cake mix has never been open.

personally i wouldn't mind using it if its only 2-3 days out of date but only for personal use never for anyone else's consumption.
