its seems so far like a fairly easy program to use...however...when I went to place an order with a patient (an old order just so I could try it out) i kind of got confused. The little box at the bottom where you can click and add an amount and what it was for or click on the box and have a new screen open to type stuff in...i am still not for sure if I am doing that right...if any of you do this well and could explain it better to me than the how-to-videos...please fell free to do so! Thanks!

oh yah...i remembering seeing a cake box icon that goes by a persons name if they have it...how do I get that?
