Hello to all the fondant users!

I am attempting to make 3 cakes with purple and red fondant, however i am not sure how to get the best colorations (the red and purple are supposed to be like The red hat society colors)
My instructor advised me to post this question on this site to see what resolutions i can get. ANYONE HAVEIDEAS???? it is much appreciated (side note, this is for a small contest is next week!)

I've never done purple, but for red, I use Americolor Super Red. I make my own MMF, and I add about 2 teaspoons to the melted marshmallow per batch.
