I have been trying to upload some photos for the last two months and can't. Is it just me?

I have loaded before, but now it goes to where it shows the progress bar and then says,"Error, no photo uploaded"

Nothing has changed as far as the computer I am using, the camera, or anything like that. Any suggestions?

How big is your photo? I always shrink my photos 50%, but I'm no expert by any means and it might be something else.
