What if I am on a reduced calorie or low-cholesterol diet?

Personal Chef Services means that I come into your home and prepare healthy custom prepared meals for your family. Meals are either prepared for consumption that night, or left in the your refrigerator with heating instructions. While shopping for your meal, I will also pick up additional groceries you may need. If someone in your family does have a restricted diet, we will work with you to create meals that suit your needs.
