my neighbor has asked me to do a cake for her daughter's sweet 16. it is to feed 75 people. hopefully the attachment works...this is the style

she wants 3 tiers and then pillars with a fake keepsake cake on top with a tiara.

i figured that i would get 74 servings by doing a 6" 8" and 10" and then the keepsake on top. Does that seem right?

the tiara i will do out of gumpaste or royal icing

any suggestions i should do differently? what would you charge for this cake?

buttercream only- $2 x 74= $8
fondant and buttercream $3 x 74= $222

I don't know what the 'fake keepsake cake' is? if it's just the tiara then no extra, if it's another tier then another 20 or so.

Well, 75 servings x $2/serving = $150. Plus a little extra for the royal icing tiara. So...$160? $170?

Looks like a great design. Post pics when you're done.
