i saw an episode of "sugar rush" yesterday (probably an old re-run) and a wonderful decorator was using some kind of chocolate clay to cover her cakes, she said it went along with cake better than fondant. she made some trout cakes and it behaved like fondant. anyone know how to make this chocolate thing??
