Please, can anyone tell me how you would go about using the cobblestone impression mat on a BC cake.

1. Would I have to put some PS on the impression mat before pressing it onto the BC?

2. Do I have to use alot of pressure or light pressure?

What is the best way to use it on BC? I need to use it in order to make a castle for my grand daughters birthday cake. Any info would be deeply appreciate any advice.

Thanks & God Bless,
Sharon

i haven't used the cobblestone impression mat, but I have used other impression mats. wait until the bc is crusted, press into the cake, i rub my hand (others use rollers) all over the impression until i am certain it is in there good. pull away the mat, wipe it off, line up the design and press again on the next section.

Thank you so much for your reply kimberlina25. The BC is crusting right now. I'll cross my fingers and hope I can get it to work. I have use the diamond impression mat, but the cobblestone seems to be giving me troubles. Thanks again for your help.

God Bless,
Sharon
