Does anyone have the instructions for making the cupcake cakes? The ones that are frosted on top to look like a cake but they are cupcakes?
If anyone has them can they share them with me?
Thanks,
Naty

I like to do mine this way... they stay together on the board, but come apart just as easily as the traditional way of putting them together..

What an awesome idea! I have done cupcake cakes trying to put them as close together as possible, and it's so hard. There always seem to be big gaps between them that require piles of icing to fill up and make smooth. This looks so much better for avoiding those pesky gaps!

Well, ya'll are welcome, but I cannot take credit for the original idea. I learned it from another talented baker years ago.. I have used many different shaped pans though, and they all worked fine... happy bakin'
