icon_cry.gif I've always made cakes for fam. & friends as a favor, just to get my work out there. Now I have referrals from other people requesting prices on different types of cakes from buttercream to fondant and decorated cookies. I do everything myself, so its alot of work and time so I dont want to sell myself short. Please feel free to take a look at my work (Photos by FabSteph), and let me know what you Pro's out there suggest. If anyone has a bakery in Texas, I'd love to hear from you! Welcome to CC. If you go to the cake business forum there are a couple of pricing matrix posted right on top. Your cakes look beautiful by the way!

What beautiful cakes! In Austin, which is probably on the high side of the Texas market, wedding/custom cakes typically range from $2.50 to $6.00 per serving, and you should feel very comfortable placing yourself in that range. You might find this article helpful:
