Hi CCers:
I'm in the process of getting my home kitchen licensed and I'm starting to feel overwhelmed by all the paperwork!

I hope somebody that has a home business in PA could answer my questions:

I already filed the 'Application for Home Occupation' with the zoning departmetnt on my township and got approved.

Now I have to file the 'Retail Plan Review Packet' with the Department of Agriculture in order to get inspected, now my question is: Do I have to do this before I get my business name registered? (I'm planning register my business as LLC).
