Best Dark Chocolate Frosting?

I don't think that Toba's chocolate BC tastes like dark chocolate at all. It *is* good, but it's not dark chocolate.. it's almost malty. It's very light in color as well. If I was going for dark chocolate I'd use a ganache it will firm up in the fridge, but not rock hard and it will soften as it sits.
