hi, i have a question about creams. thers heavy cream, whipping cream, and hlaf and half.

if they all get whipped up, can they be used as filling?

Hello,
Heavey cream is another word for whipping cream. Half and half is half milk, half cream. Whipping or heavy cream is used for fillings.

Sure you can, you may want to stabilize it so it keeps its form. You can also frost with it.
