I have a small mixing bowl full of scraps from a chocolate jack daniels cake I made over the weekend (it's been in the fridge). I want to make cake balls, but can't figure out what flavor creamer to put in, since it already has the JD in it. Or, can I use leftover BC as the binder? And what about an extra drizzle of JD in the mix? And what about a coating?

First time making cake balls - wish me luck!!!!!

You can use pretty much any liquid as a binder. The idea is that it holds the cake scraps together. Either bc or JD would be good I think, depending on how much alchohol flavor you like. Dip in chocolate or powdered sugar and you're good to go!

Being a certified chocoholic, I'd say you've got the right binder ideas-use both-and of course: Dip them in chcolate! Doesn't matter what kind. Mmm...
