How far ahead can I make NFSC with RI? What is the best way to store them as well?
Thanks!

I freeze my iced cookies up to a month and they're as fresh as the day I baked them. I like to store them in an airtight container. Strangely, if they're individually bagged, they go stale faster.

I'm doing Halloween cookies, so I won't be freezing them. Just wondering when I could get started on them and not have them go stale. Would Thurs. or Fri. be too soon?
thanks so much.

No that will be fine, but keep them well wrapped before and after decorating to keep them fresh. I like to wrap them individually if possible.
