Make Buttercream Grape Leaves?

I need to make a "wine" theme cake with grapes. Does anyone know how to make grape leaves with buttercream?

Here is a grape themed cake I did a while back. These are royal icing, but it works the same way with buttercream... Use a tip 67 to make three very small leaves, one pointing to either side and then one in the middle.

You use a round tip, squeeze, stop and pull down and around. Don't stop and pull up, this will leave a point. It might take a little practice but not much.
