I want to make a cake for my physical therapist. I had a knee injury and every time I go he askes me about making cakes. He has helped me alot even giving me a break on some of my appointments cuase I don't have insurence right now! So I really want to make him a good one, but I don't know what to make. I thought about making a figure of him but I don't know how to tie that into anything. Please help just kinda confused! Thanks!

The only thing I could think of is to make something that looks like a bent knee with some bandages laying off to one side to represent your rehabilitated knee. Don't know how good of an idea that is, but I hope it helps.
