I'm doing the NFSC for my wedding favors and I'd like to put 2 in each package. Will this be a problem? I've heard that if you put the cookies together they will get real soft. What's the best way to do this?

As long as you have an icing that dries well (like royal icing, I use antonia's royal icing, other use Toba Garretts' icing) and it can be stacked once dries you should have no problems.

i do 2 back-to-back and they don't damage each other's icing that way icon_smile.gif

I agree with the back to back being the best bet ~ plus they look pretty from both sides. icon_smile.gif

Back-to-back...what a simple solution! I love all the little tips I've picked up on this site.

How long do you have to wait for the icing to dry before placing it in the cello bags?
