I know this sounds stupid but what does fbct and mmf stand for?

Hi

FBCT = Frozen ButterCream Transfere
MMF = Marshmallow Fondant.

Trust me that wasn't a stupid question, I'm new to this site and was wondering the same thing. I thought mmf was man made fondant. duh! I love this site and appriciate everyone who shares their ideas.
