Well I dont really know what your looking for, but their is a "Tres Leches Bizcocho" cake : http://wwwelboricua.com/TresLechesBizocha.html

Their is also a Bizcocho de Ron (Puerto Rican Rum cake):

1 cup chopped pecans
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup dark rum

Glaze:
1/4 pound butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup granulated water
1/2 cup dark rum

Preheat oven to 325 Grease 10inch tube pan Cover bottom with chopped pecans.. Mix cake ingredients together and beat well 2 min. Pour in tube pan and bake one hour or check with knife inserted in top till comes out clean. Cool and invert on plate.

Glaze: Melt butter, water, sugar. Boil 5 min. on med high heat stirring occasionally. Remove from heat add rum and stir well. Prick top of cake with fork. Drizzle glaze over holes and brush top with glaze. Let soak then drizzle more glaze till gone.

Good luck maybe someone else can help with recipes also until yoou find what your looking for. icon_smile.gif
