I can not for the life of me make cupcakes that have the same texture as cake. I prefer a dense moist cake. I have used the cake extender recipe with box mix because I really like the texture and taste it gives cake, but when I use in cupcakes it is not the same. Does anyone have a recipe for dense moist cupcakes?
