I was watching Ace of Cakes the other night and I saw Duff spraying a trophy cake with luster dust.. and he was using what looked like to be an areosal can with the liquid in the bottom.

Does anyone know what product he was using as the holder?

Duff was using a Preval Sprayer (is, or will be shortly, discontinued by the company that makes it). The sprayer is NOT food safe. For that matter, no form of canned air for use with any type of airbrush is considered food safe. The propellants used in the canned air and the Preval are not food grade and mix with the air and sprayed material, so they are not to be used on things that will be eaten.
