not to long ago i read about somebody renting a space in a reataurant. i assume it works like renting a booth in a beauty salon.this could be a way to get liscensed. i live in colorado could someone help me and tell me how i could go about this. for example who would i call?

There's really no set way of doing it. Your best shot is with mom and pop type restaurants or bakeries. Some people pay by the hour and some work out a barter arrangement. In some cities there are commercial kitchens that anyone can rent by the hour. Call your county health department to find out the regulations you need to follow. Hope this helps!
