I'm sure it's been asked a few times, but with my 15 month old daughter bouncing on my knee i really can't find where. How do I make realistic looking ice? I saw some amazing ice in the beer, wine section and I'm curious how ya'll did it! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance!

You can use unflavored gelatin. At least that's what I've been told anyways.

I've heard that the gelatin melts and makes a mess. The ice is cooked sugar in those beer cooler cakes. There was a thread about this in the stickies, but I'm not seeing the stickies tonight. Where'd all the stickies go??? Anyway, here's the thread where they mention the ice. You'll probably have to shoot back to the first page to see how they make the beer bottles to make the connection to the ice. Good luck!
