(I'm sure this has been answered already somewhere, but I'm kind of in a bind that I need to get out of fast....sorry.)
I made my first batch of MMF using my KA a few minutes ago but I have a question. I followed the tutorial all of the way through... but... once I add the rest of my powdered sugar and start mixing using my dough hook, how long should I let it mix? how do I know when it's done? I only let it mix about an minute or so (maybe two) then took it out because it seemed like it had done all of the mixing it was going to do. It wasn't sticky so I kind of kneaded it with my hands a few times and then wrapped it up in saran wrap. Think this will be okay? thanks for your help.

I've never mixed mine with a KA but if it isn't sticky and you don't have any lumps of powdered sugar it should be fine.
