ok...this customer provided me with this picture to replicate...I apologize if this is belongs to anyone on here, she just said that she pulled it off a website....my question is....how would you go about making the antennae and the head?!
Im guessing the head is made out of fondant...at least thats what it looks like...but I cant tell if its one big chunk of fondant or cake covered in fondant or what?! and I cant tell what the antennae are made of...
Its not due until October...so I have time...I was just wondering...
thanks for all your help
I would like to help but the picture isn't showing up...just a box with a red x in it.
hm....sorry you guys cant see this...im not sure why...lets see...well when she found it she told me to go to google and type in ladybug cake and its the very first one that pops up...its on a green 8-10" base......hope that helps
thanks for your time and sorry its such a pain
thanks!
I think the head could be a cookie covered in black fondant (something like a large sugar cookie). For the Antenna - Look for black CHENILLE stems, they are really thick and available at craft stores.
Ok when I googled it , It said the antenna was licorice and it tells you how to make it. I did one in my photos but it was done differently. HTH
This ladybug is from Wilton's Celebrate with Fondant book page 14 and 15. It has a ladybug and bee. I used this book and came up with my luv bug
