I have had someone contact me to do some wedding cupcakes for her. I have never ventured into the wedding field before - and I'm a little nervous.

She wants 175 vanilla cupcakes with a pink rose on top. That part I can handle (unless someone has some amazing idea instead of a bc rose. I'm not good with fondant). The parts I'm wondering about are how they should be displayed and what I should charge. Help?!?!

Here are 2 ideas from the Gallery

or type in "wedding cupcakes" or just "cupcakes" in the galleries search
to get more ideas!

(I plan to use the Wilton Tall Tier cake stand, with or without the Lady Windemere attachment)

Try fruit rollups cut with wavy edge scissors (or cut waves with reg. scissors), then roll like you do the fondant rolled roses. The fruit rollups are pliable enough to shape the outer petals when done. Starburst or flavored tootsie rolls also make easy colorful roses.

I have a Cupcake Wedding Stack in my Photos (don't know how to bring it up here). It was an order for 350 cupcakes but only about 180 fitted ont he display, the rest I left into the kitchen in boxes to be plated up.

I would just use a cake stand and put flowers between the plates! Imagine it is a cake!

An easy idea is to get round wooden different sized cake boards (covered) and seperate them with pillars
