Hi;

I read somewhere where you can use parchment paper to increase the height of your pan from two inches to three. Does anyone know exactly how to do this, what do I use to tape the parchment paper?

Cut a strip of parchment 4in deep and just line the depth of your tin with it (grease your pan first and it'll stick the the edge of the pan, you don't need to tape it). Hope that helps!
