Freezing Cakes?

I'm sure this has been asked, but can you freeze decorated cakes without covering them? icon_rolleyes.gif And it yes for how long? Thanks! icon_wink.gif

Yes you can ! My suggestion would be to freeze the cake completely. When completely frozen , wrap the cake in plastic wrap. (carefully! lol)Then retun immedately back to the freezer, where you should be able to keep it for up to about a month . (thirty days)
