If there are any reviews out there I would greatly appreciate it! I want to build my cake book collection with books that "work" and not spend the money on those that really don't measure up. I am looking to expand my cake-baking horizons with some great scratch cake recipes. I have a very few now, use mostly doctored mixes, which I love, and have been researching the from scratch aspect. I love the scratch vs. box, and other scratch baking threads on here, but I have not been able to read them all...yet....so if I've missed this info. in there somewhere I apologize. If needed, would you direct me to the right place and thank-you kindly .
