They are NEW........the wrap around the package the pans came in has been opened.. but I never used the pans.. I have a complete set of magic line pans that I got as a present before I had a chance to try the wilton pans.. ..

Go for it! Don't know where it came from but I always used it for the end of my school sports letters for the kids.
