How Do I Make A Cake Stacked Like Books???

Help...I have seen pictures of books stacked, but cant figure out how it is done.....Help!!!! icon_confused.gif

I am not sure of the technique, but here's a liitle help...

I would say they are layered just like you do tiered cakes. Ice each book and put some dowels in them then stack them but put them off center instead of right over each one... You could use fondant to cover them too.

yup, i agree with sundine2, i would just stagger them when you are stacking them.....there are some great pics on this site, check them out, and if you still have questions, just pm the person who has done the cake you like....and i'm sure they'll give you some direction.
