If this is in the wrong place please let me know.

I am doing a bridel show in September. What 3 cake flavors and filling do you think I should take. I'm looking for the WOW factor that will set me aside from the other bakers who bring white and chocolate.

Thank You!

for a Bridal Show, how about Strawberry Shortcake....Chocolate Mocha....a really rich, moist Carrot Cake....a tangy Lemon Cake...Black Forest cake.....Spiced Pumpkin.....Maple Walnut?

Is your business name Cherry Lane too? Why not work off that theme....a gorgeous Chocolate Cherry cake? I'd have a hard time forgetting THAT!! icon_smile.gif

Mocha and carrot would be good choices. The cherry theme would be a good way to remember your name. Do you have a 'special' cake that you're known for or that you really like? Try using specialty flavors that are personalized to you. Best of Luck!
