**She calls the day after you worked to thank you for the good job you did carving out a delicate shape, and that it was so easy to cover with fondant.

** You can't stop thinking about the crazy display cake you want to do for a bridal show that is months away....

Good for you!! That's great to have a 'job' that you really love! Not such a job when you're having fun! Hopefully some day cakes will be my job, but for now just a hobby. Hope you continue to enjoy every minute of it.
