I am making some cake truffles and I'm wondering if I can flavor either white chocolate or almond bark with raspberry extract or lemon extract? Will it work or will it seize? TIA!

It will work if your flavoring is oil-based. If it is water or alcohol-based it will seize. I would add the flavoring to the filling.

Thanks for the quick response. They are alcohol based. I already added it to the filling, I just thought I'd try to flavor the chocolate, too.--just to try something new. I'll stick with the original! Thanks!!
