HI -

I just made my first figure using fondant. It is a Mickey Mouse standing up for the top of a cake that I'm doing this Sat. How should I store him until then? Thanks in advance for any tips!

I would just keep it somewhere where he won't get knocked over or dirty. icon_smile.gif My pre-made fondant figures just go on the shelf.

Also don't keep him where he could fade... I put mine in a cupboard (actually my china hutch) My cross is still in there, icon_lol.gif I just couldn't throw it out!

I store mine in a box in a dark room so that it doesn't fade.

I just keep mine where it won't get knocked and so it is not in direct sunlight.....I usually keep mine on the dining room sideboard...usually fondant figures or gumpaste flowers drying there!
