I was just wondering what kind of icing would be best to use for ice cream cone cupcakes so that they really look like ice cream in the cone? I like cream cheese icing but I don't have too much luck with it so what is another kind of icing to use? I am just making angel food cupcakes and I don't like chocolate icing so please help me find another flavor. Thanks to all for the help! birthday.gif

A whipped buttercream icing would be good. icon_smile.gif

oh with angel food I would do a cool whip like icing. You can purchase Bettercreme from sam's club or I would maybe even thaw out some cool whip and put it into a piping bag.
