Does Anyone Know How Many Servings A Character Cake?

I am sure this has been asked tons, but does anyone know about how many a character cake serves? I am planning to make one of elmo for a friend and I need to know about how mant it serves.
Sorry I am new to all this!

I think most character cakes serve 12. HTH!
