I am going to use the Old Men Rule theme for my husband's 40th b-day. I would like something humorous -- but I am all dry cake. Any ideas?

hmm first thing that came to mind for me was an older man and a younger woman, but if its for your husband that may not be appropriate.. This could be a tough one, best of luck to you sorry I couldn't be of more help.

You could incorporate a king's crown for the "ruling" part.
