I did a cake yesterday with choc dipped strawberries, I used extra dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), and it was gooooood! Any good quality chocolate will be just fine though, white, milk or dark! Hope that helps. icon_smile.gif

I did this for the first time last night! I just used toll house milk chocolate. They turned out just fine, and taste great! icon_smile.gif My only problem was the chocolate kept cooling down to quickly and I would have to reheat it to get it to coat well.
