How do I store buttercream roses (and flowers) that won't be used for a week? Do I refrigerate them, and, if so, do I let them come to room temp before I use them? Please help! Thanks.

As far as butter cream roses are concerned I would not store them unless you are storing the whole cake and even still. I would not store it for more than 48 hours prior to delivery. Butter cream rose can be damage very easily. I see them as kid of make and go flowers. You make them put them on then the cake goes. icon_smile.gif

I freeze them and then take them out when I am ready to use them.
