Im looking for people who have the Royal China Bakeware. I was hoping to collect the recipes from them. I have even written to the company and they claim that they didnt keep the recipes anywhere. So I am hoping to swap recipes with others who have bought the Bakeware.
Cheese Cake
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 -tbsp. sugar
3 -tbsp. butter (melted)
19oz. cream cheese
1 -cup sugar
1/2 -tsp. vanilla
3 - eggs
Heat oven to 350*. Mix crumbs and 2 tbsp. sugar, stir in butter thouroughly. Press into Bottom and sides of pie plate, bake ten minutes. Remove fom oven and cool.
Reduce heat to 300*. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl, add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour over cracker crust and bake one hour or until center is firm. Cool and top with sweet fruit . Chill three hours.
