Does mmf take longer to dry than regular fondant? I am making flowers for a cake on Easter. Should I go invest in a food dehydrator since it is already Wednesday?

I made MMF roses for my Course 3 cake dry pretty solid in 1 day. Of course there are a lot of environmental influences.

Sorry about the poor grammar on that one. I was interrupted by a phone call. Silly work people thinking I'm actually working here.
