This bride wants her cake to be unique. She wants diffrent flavors and fillings. Do any of you have any ideas that work for you? I really need some filling ideas that don't have to be refrigerated. She wants BC frosting, but wants something great inside!

It has been my experience to try to talk brides out of this. She is feeding a variety of people and you'd be surprised how many people don't like "unique." Of course, ultimately I do what she wants, but I give her my experience first. The more unique a cake flavor... the more apt there is to be lots left over... this may not be true when serving your immediate family- but it can be when feeding the masses.
Just something to think about.
