i was going to make my 2 yr old a hi-5 cake-the hand logo.
Do you think i should use fondant or mmf to coat the hand ifykwim?
i am not very experienced at decorating but i am a keen learner

My DD and I were just looking at a cake like this on another website, sorry can't remember where becasue we looked at TONS of them. Maybe it was coolest-kids-birthday-parties.com. Something like that. She's looking at cakes now to help her decide what she wants. Hi-5 is up there.

Anyway, the one we saw was the whole cake carved like the hand and filled in with colored icing. It was really cool.
