I have recently really started picking up on my cake orders and I don't want it to slow down. I am planning on going out of town next week but I have an order for the weekend I don't want to loose. How far in advance can I make the cake if it is to be eaten on Saturday? Thanks.

you can make it today if you want and freeze it. then thaw a few hours before you are ready to ice and decorate it. That is what I do.
