I was wondering if those of you who use Silpat think that it is worth buying? What does it exactly do?
Sorry - I meant to post this in the cookie forum!
thanks!

YES !!!! I have three of them and I cannot live without them...
It's the best to use when baking cookies..nothing sticks to it..buy it.
Saves you rolls of parchment paper or cans of non spray in the future.
I have to agree. I labsolutly love mine, my biscuits and snickerdoodles slip right off the pan! It's a beautiful thing!
Buy one, try it. You will LOVE IT!

Silpats...expensive but worth it. Not only for cookies, but for just about anything. You can bake on it, roll out dough, fondant, anything that normally sticks..doesnt. Well worth the money, you wont regret it.
