Hello!

I made a FBCT for thanksgiving and I used Wal-Mart brand canned fudge frosting for the outline. I refridgerated it immediately after I was done. Well, that mostly full can is still sitting in my fridge. I need to do another FBCT for this weekend and I was wondering if that same fudge frosting would still be okay to use. I hate to throw away an almost full can of frosting, but I will if it's "gone bad".

Thoughts? Experiences? TIA!!!

I would bet that it has enough preservatives to not "go bad". However, you might take it out and smell and taste it. If it still smells and tastes the same as when you opened it, I would guess it is ok. It might be that sitting in the fridge it has taken on an off flavor from the leftover baked salmon. icon_redface.gif
