any tips from one novice to another i will be embarking on my 1st cake in the next couple weeks, i am terrified my daughter wants princesses !!!!!
Thank you... I was terrified with this one too! This site is awesome! All my ideas came from here. I would definitely check out the galleries and articles! From what I can tell, alot of people like the Buttercream Dream and MMF fondant recipe's. I posted a few questions and everyone was so nice and helpful! Even with my stupid questions, lol.
Congrats on the first cake attempt!!! And everyone says take a picture, so you can look back later. I'm sure your daughter will love it!!

It is a cute cake. As for ther buttercream lookup the Melvira Method or use hotwater to dip you knife in and smooth.
